Tell me about your experience working with Melanie Ferguson and the Ferguson Realty Group.

They did everything they said they would do and it was a pretty quick sale. There were no issues or hiccups. There were a few times that she had to meet somebody over there last minute to let them in and she met the inspector as well. She pretty much handled every bit of it. She was a very nice lady, very trustworthy, and honest. She came highly recommended by some friends and did not disappoint. Once I buy or sell another house, I'll definitely be using her.
