Code Switching is the alternating or mixed use of two or more languages. African Americans often code switch in corporate spaces between traditional English and African American Vernacular English (AAVE), also known as Ebonics. But often times the corporate version of ourselves extend far beyond the language we use. It can also include our mannerisms and how we interact with others. We tackle it all in this episode!
