Dr. Waldon is the CEO and Principal Consultant at Transformation by Design Consulting, LLC.  Dr. Waldon has a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction and is committed to using her expertise to empower and support educators and organizations in the creation of transformative spaces- where self-reflection and action are encouraged and where the voices and experiences of individuals are valued. These transformative spaces create environments for people to work and grow into the & versions of themselves through self-reflection, honest dialogue, and experiences that push them to think beyond the status quo and to open their minds to actionable growth opportunities. Dr. Waldon also has experience in instructional design and curriculum development for schools and organizations, and mentoring/coaching.
