This week on SIP Virtual Wine Tasting with Winemakers we started the session by introducing one of Cellar Angels charity partners, Folds of Honor, who provide education scholarships for military kids and spouses. We talked to Doug Campbell and Dora Monahan who run the Denver Chapter, learned about their personal connection to the cause as a military family, the upcoming Labor Day Patriot Golf Day and their love for wine. "Honor their sacrifice, educate their legacy". After the short chat Martin talked about Davis Family Vineyards and the busy harvest season in California Wine Country which postponed our guest Winemaker Guy Davis to a later date, while we tasted the Davis Family Vineyards 2016 Blanc de Nor together with our viewers, who were welcome to join on their cameras and jump in and introduce themselves, share wine and food pairing ideas for the sparkling rosé and ask questions.
