Episode 49 is a meditation on Isaiah 58:6-12, often referred to as "God's Chosen Fast."  One of the results of the type of fast that God desires is that we would be "like a watered garden and a spring of water whose waters do not fail."  I was partial to calling this episode after that verse in particular because it's an image I often have in my mind for my sons as I pray this passage over them.
