Anyone who has spent a considerable amount of time reading through and studying scriptures must come across what seem to be contradictory statements. These are sayings and statements that when looked through natural understanding and modern language and varying environmental lenses can sound as though they lack consistency. Yet we keep hearing that scripture should be interpreted by scripture. How can this be?
