2020 turned our routines upside down and left us wondering when will life ever return to normal.   Having a daily routine is really helpful in creating harmony as well as results every day. 
By creating your own daily routine which is in alignment with your core values, you set yourself up for daily success despite the external circumstances and challenges that life is presenting us with.  You get to decide how your days turn out.  You are no longer influenced or affected by anything outside of your control.
I highly recommend you do the exercise presented in the podcast with your spouse and children, as it is guaranteed to increase the quality of your daily life and your lifestyle.
