I am just so excited to introduce our guest this week. So this gentleman I'm introducing to you, like the first time that I met him, I mean, just personality infectious, so polished, so fun, so dynamic. I just can't even begin to tell you enough. And his role is so substantial. He's a facility leader. He's been operations manager for some of the biggest retail chains that there is in the past. He's done things as senior director of operations for Dick's Sporting Goods, just a supply chain all the way. Currently, he's working for a major, major, major corporation that is pretty much worldwide that he's managing their entire facility operations, which is fantastic. ginormous, if that's like the word that we can use.
So without further ado, I want to introduce Mr. Philip Mann.
