Every Christian faces temptation. While it cannot be eliminated, there are things we can do to minimize the danger of falling. When God gives us the desire to do what is pleasing to Him, we respond by recognizing and avoiding temptations- using His gifts to do His will! The grace of Christ which forgives past sin serves to break the otherwise unstoppable momentum toward death and damnation for us.
