I am finding this concept to be one of the most debatable of all that Neville exposed us to. When we review "The Power of Awareness" by Neville, we find this power of free will to be assigned solely to the observer in each quantum reality in which we exist. "The important thing to bear in mind is that you have infinite free will in choosing your assumptions, but no power to determine conditions and events." This statement by Neville asserts that even as the observer and the only operant power in our individual, creative realities, that there is a boundary to the extension of free will. It gives us each (the receivers) full power in how our manifestations will be created. This leads us to assume that free will has its origin and its subsequent boundaries in each man.

Upon further inspection, we discover that man's desires are really those of the Father - God - spoken to man. What we believe to be free will is actually God being expressed through our individual human customizations. "I can of mine own self do nothing ... because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me." - John 5:30 KJV
