In Matthew 26:28, Jesus says about Himself , “ For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”That word shed in the Greek means to POUR OUT! He is not just bringing us a trickle of His blood this month but He is bringing us a deluge of His blood covering! We haveCan you handle an outpouring of His cleansing and His overflow blessing this month! I was challenged by this revelation myself as I heard God say to me in a dream , “Why do you refuse the wine when I Am the one who poured it out for you!” Now I am saved, so when God said this to me, it was not a statement reflecting salvation. It was to challenge my thinking and how I even accept so much less than what God wants for me when He wants to bless me with so much more!We can only receive from God that which we can “see “ through our own lens and if our lens devalues or makes less than something that God sees as great , we will diminish that blessing and render it powerless !It makes me want to repent for my small thinking in the area of His blood and what it can do !! It can set us free from sin, death and the grave AND be the power that ascend us into the realms of the heavenly places ! Who is this God we serve ? He is greater than and can do the impossible ! Let us surrender to His greatness and love for us and reevaluate our own eye sight- do we see small or big ? I want to see big, overflow, amazing, superabundance, and more than enough !Join me this month in Nisan as we remember He is our Passover lamb . In Nisan in Exodus 12 Moses is told by God to take an unblemished lamb and spread its blood on the doorposts so the angel of death will Pass-over! Let us remember with word and communion the Last supper and how Jesus poured Himself out this month! Let us say from 1 Timothy 1:15-17, “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptance , that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. Howbeit forth is cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all long suffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory forever and ever. Amen.”As the Apostle Paul says .. and I’m paraphrasing, “I am a chief sinner but He is greater than my sin and gave Himself that I might live everyday to the fullest! “Let us make it our prayer ! Lord show me where I can’t SEE the Greater than instead of shrinking back to the Less Than!
