What can you as a manager do to look after your own mental health while creating a safer work environment and being a better leader?  Managing other people with empathy is an important part of creating a safe work environment, but it’s also important to look within - look after yourself and be honest with yourself about your own strengths, weaknesses and needs. It’s also important to be prepared to talk about mental health.
