We have all heard of the saying 'It takes a village to raise a child' which conveys the message that children thrive when they have a community of people around them. And in the same way, the mothers who are their primary caregivers do too.
In this episode, Tiffany and Alex share tips on how as a mum you can build a support network around you and also maintain it. We appreciate that this can be hard to do especially if you are naturally shy and introverted, and the key is to take small steps.
