Listen "Cass and the diary we hope you never need to use"
Episode Synopsis
Cass Bennett is a mother, wife, athlete and accountant. In July 2018, at the age of 38, she was diagnosed with a slow-growing but intrusive brain tumour. When Cass was diagnosed, she found a raft of information and tools for patients and their families, but not an easy way to keep track of all the information to be managed throughout treatment. So Cass teamed up with a graphic designer friend, along with some exceptional doctors, patients and carers, to create the Survivorship Diary — a resource for patients and their families to help them deal with the difficulties of treatment.
