Let's roll right into the celebrations. It's Samhain - New Year to some, Halloween, All Saint's Day, All Hallows Eve or Day of the Dead to others... either way, it's a great day to set NEW things in motion while releasing all the old DEAD stuff that's getting in the way.  
This time is one of harvest and celebrating our roots - both in ancestry, and in gratitiude for the banquet we have received during growing season - before we settle into the 'dark side' of the year. By inviting our shadow selves to the surface, we can embrace pieces of us that we may be hiding. Set intentions for the new year ahead and decide which of the darkness will be brought to light in order to let go and move forward.
