In this episode of Mac Talks, Paulina Sidwell, a professor at MCC, shares her journey to becoming a professor and discusses the HyFlex mode of teaching that encourages innovation through starting small. Paulina discusses the flexibility and convenience of Hyflex for students, but also the time and preparation instructors must commit to do it well. Additionally, we talk about the use of 3D printers in engineering education and how the engineering program emphasizes practical learning through projects and research.
