We recorded this episode in April 2022, right after I returned from the magical experience of attending the Advanced Follow Up Retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza.The theme of this event was, “Resonance”. We are aware of about 1% of what is happening around us in the known, physical world. And we focus 95% of our attention on that 1%! When we commit to our practices, we start to open up our field of consciousness and become aware that there are so many more energies of creation available to us. We can create in that other 99%, in the unseen, in the energetic. We live in an infinite Universe, a field of pure potential. And we can tap into that through Resonance. Around 33:40, I share a fun way I played with the, Dr Joe Blessing the Energy Centers, meditation practice.
