Lockdown sucks… There is no other way of putting it. Lockdown is crap, crap, crap for everyone. Nobody is having a good time and those with ADHD are finding it hard because neurodiverse people experience challenging, stressful and daunting situations very differently to neurotypicals and this can heavily impact them. It is time to hold the ADHD community with some love, vent, and let them know that we are here for them.
