16 year old Brian Robeson is back in the wilderness again, or as he thought of it, home. While Brian was alone on the lake he was camping on, he suddenly hears a dog whimpering. He followed the sound closer and closer, finding it to be a dog. He notices that the dog is wounded, so he treats her wounds, the thought of what happened to her pondering through his mind. Keeping his Cree friends that he met in the winter in mind, him and his new friend set out to find them. The Hunt Begins.
