Dr Kershaw is the general editor of the Modern Law Review, an Associate Tenant at Cornerstone Barristers, and completed his LLM and SJD at Harvard Law School. You'll hear about his journey into corporate practice at Herbert Smith and Shearman & Sterling, his experiences studying and working in both the US and the UK, as well as his advice for people who want to seek a similar path.
