I loved recording this episode even though it also felt like a lot for my nervous system at times (and I resisted recording it for a couple of days because of this!).

Everything I go through in my biz makes me a better coach, healer and entrepreneur. I'm better for every time my brain tries to tell me something isn't working and I prove my brain wrong by showing myself all the reasons why this is working. All the times I find evidence that it's working, make me more skilled at making it work. Getting better and better at this... makes me better and better at this.

This is the stuff I want to share with you, as well as all the times I sell out simply and quickly. This kind of tension is to be celebrated too.
