Listen "Amy Hesper - Using Creative Outlets For Healing"
Episode Synopsis
Amy Hesper is an inspirational, fluid artist creating visual meditations and spiritual connections. Amy started using art to deal with the anxiety and stress of Covid lockdowns. It was a way to escape by pouring out all of the day’s emotions on a canvas, to bring forth clarity and spiritual healing.
After spending the better of 40 years not accepting herself and finally being sick and tired of feeling unworthy and rejected wrote a book to love and accept herself. Amy makes it a point to encourage and support others so they believe in themselves. Her passion is creating and helping others feel seen, heard, and loved.
