Ethan is heading into his tenth season as a referee for Hockey Alberta and is in his final year of pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Business Economics & Law. Sports have been a central pillar of Ethan's life since before he could walk. His involvement in the sports world is extensive—he has played, coached, refereed, and even driven the Zamboni. He is a passionate supporter of the Edmonton Oilers and the Toronto Blue Jays, unwavering in his loyalty through both the highs and the lows. Ethan takes every opportunity to attend games, relishing the experience as a true fan.




Beyond sports, Ethan has been deeply involved in politics since 2019, contributing to local and national free politics by working on elections in various capacities. His commitment to civic engagement reflects his broader dedication to his community and country.




Ethan's interests extend to the arts, with a profound love for movies and music. However, his greatest enjoyment comes from people and conversation. Ethan finds immense happiness in meeting decent, passionate individuals and delving into discussions about what brings them joy.



Ethan's journey hasn't been without its challenges. He has experienced two bouts of depression, which have significantly reshaped his perspective on life. These experiences have made him more resilient and have deepened his appreciation for the good things in life. He credits his mother for her unwavering support during these tough times and is grateful to be in a better place now.
