The Cincinnati Reds were shut out 6-0 by the Houston Astros on Sunday, marking their seventh shutout loss of the season. Astros starter Ronel Blanco was dominant, striking out 11 over eight innings while allowing just two hits and one walk. Reds starter Chase Petty struggled with command, issuing six walks and surrendering four earned runs on six hits. The Reds' offense failed to generate momentum, finishing with only two hits and striking out 12 times.
