Three years on since he stepped down as President of the Irish Farmers Association Eddie Downey reflected on a difficult time which far from dissuaded him from being involved in many other aspects of public life.  Nickolas Boyle and his wife are setting up a new Whiskey Distillery on the Cooley Peninsula.  Sophie White didn't buy a stitch of clothes during 2018, she managed fine and its changed her outlook on shopping for good!  We met our second participant in Lose Weight & Feel Great 2019 - Donal Waters from Blackstone Motors.
