The scales continue to drop across the board for our fantastic four as Lose Weight & Feel Great reaches the end of week four!  Astronomer Mike Foylan from Rathmolyon was so interesting and he even handed Gerry a piece of an Asteroid to hold which dates back billions of years.  We featured Peugeot and local dealer Michael Holcroft along with our regular motoring correpondent Tony Conlon.  While Gerry paid a visit to the Naul and Nicky Kyle as Spring in the garden is about to lift off.....
