He heads up the bar program at the Rockhouse Hotel in Negril, a stunning and unique resort that sits as far West on the island as you can get. Gossett’s also a council member of the Jamaica Union of Bartender and Mixologists and has built a reputation as one of the biggest contributors to the industry in the country.
