A year ago, homebuilders were overflowing with new contracts, and even had to raffle off their inventory to buyers on a waitlist, but since then, the tables have turned.   With so many unethical business practices that I have mentioned in this video, they are not a direct depiction of ALL the builders in southeast Michigan.
