We've all heard that it's important to be positive. But what does this mean? A better question: how do you do it? We don't wanna be running around all day faking it. So how do we consistently look at the world in a positive way they after day?
In this episode, I talk about one important question that I often ask myself: what else could this mean? If somebody pulls in front of you in traffic, and you immediately get upset, when you ask yourself what else could this mean? Then your brain comes up with all kinds of answers that could give this other person the benefit of the doubt.
