Oftentimes we live life in a reactive manner, but I believe our power comes from proactive living. 
So, often we say yes to things that we don't really want to do or, even if we want to do it, we don't have time for it. If we only have so much time in a day, a week, a month, we have to be clear about what matters to us.
Most of us are well-rehearsed in overreaction and inaction. When your actions aren't organized, you overreact to every single thing there is to do.
You get to choose your actions - and you can choose what you do based on our values. Today, I want to help you clarify your core values so that you can decide if what you are doing or want to do fits in with those values.
