When did we learn the habit to neglect ourselves? Why is it so easy to give up on ourselves? Let us get back to us and make ourselves the main character in our world. 
This year my goal is to empower myself and my community which consists of all of you - beautiful souls. Each month we will tackle a topic and hopefully, we will have a positive mindset by the end of the year.
