Create a Decision Protocol to guide all your decision making. .Identify question that you can ask yourself when making decisions, such as: Is this important to me? What do I want? Why do I want it? Will it save me time, energy, money?Will this help me relationally? What does aligned energy look like for me?Is there anything I would like to do differently?What do I want to say no to? Make time to look back at previous decisions and notice what worked, what didn't work, and what you would do differently.
