This week your hosts discuss Electric Idol by Katee Robert! It is a modern retelling of Eros and Psyche's myth. When Eros is ordered by his mother, Aphrodite, to kill Psyche he has a hard time following through. The only way out that he can see, is to marry Psyche and convince the world they are in love. However, soon public image and private life start to merge. While Eros and Psyche navigate new emotions they also must deal with outside forces that want them to fail.
