Welcome to the show! I am coming to you live from my new studio. I am recording here for the first time in this new place. I feel genuinely blessed, open, raw and vulnerable. Sometimes life happens so fast that it's hard for consciousness to keep up. I notice for me, I tend to process in the moment and being present is VULNERABLE! All of the gripping, the forcing and the indecisiveness feels bigger than me. As I continue to practice releasing of the layered shame, I comb through my life to let go and then let go again.
