'Caro' as she's known is incredibly well-respected within the Australian sports media landscape, primarily covering the AFL, she has worked across TV, radio, print and online, all culminating in an abundance of awards and highly sought after roles. Caroline’s rise through the ranks of a male dominated industry would have been challenging to say the least, but her resilience, boldness and hunger in the face of adversity make her journey all the more impressive.
