[Eternity Series] There is a Judgment Day that has been appointed since the foundation of the world (Acts 17:31). The decisions made that Day will determine how we spend the rest of eternity. Scripture calls those decisions eternal judgments (Hebrews 6:2), which means that there will never be any changes, exceptions, alterations, or revisions to those decisions once they are made. Therefore, it would benefit us tremendously to know and live by what God says so that we can stand before Him with confidence on that Day.
