Listen "EP 76 - Identify and deal with anger"
Episode Synopsis
It seems that women often have a hard time being angry. Whether it's identifying, acknowledging, understanding or feeling anger, women would rather push that emotion down.
Shelly Coburn is a therapist and life coach. As the owner of Bloom Therapy + Life Coaching , Shelly helps women work through anger, resentment and frustration by teaching them to set boundaries and get to know and love themselves.
Shelly’s career in mental health began in the area of Philanthropy and humanitarian efforts within numerous third-world countries, leading her to seek for an advanced degree in Social Work and Psychotherapy. She has her own practice, Bloom Therapy and Life Coaching and has been on staff at Huntsman Mental Health Institute for over 12 years. She began her working career in Architectural Design and continues to step into this arena periodically. She is the mother of 3 talented children, has a passion for connecting with people and has had the opportunity to have traveled over 65 countries, just recently having returned from trekking Patagonia.
