Sarah-Jayne or Sj as she is known is a young lady who has gone through some serious trauma in her life and has managed to process through it all well. As opposed to allowing it to swallow her up or break her she has come through it all more resilient and faithful.
In this episode we hear her story of trauma and her journey towards healing. She shares vulnerably about her victories and losses towards in her journey towards thriving in her life as well as her faith. Sj’s journey has even lead to her studying psychology and pursuing ways to help others deal with their trauma.
