Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Brad discusses the benefits of Iyengar Yoga in activating the parasympathetic nervous system to create a restorative state. He explains how being in more control of the mind using breaths and attuning with one-self allows us to access inner wisdom. We discuss the concepts of trauma, benefits of yoga and enabling one to understand and more connected within themselves.
Brad has over 20 years of experience as an Iyengar Yoga teacher and a kinesiologist. Brad shares his knowledge and practice of Iyengar Yoga and Kinesiology through group classes in his studios at Coolangatta, Qld, and Murwillumbah, NSW, Australia.
