Hi, I'm George! Since graduating college six months ago, I've been working full-time as a YouTuber, skateboarder, and clothing brand owner. About a month ago, I moved out of my parents place into my first apartment in Bushwick. My journey has recently coincided with that of Danny Torres, a fellow young adult with a lot of passion trying to figure sh*t out in his 20's. We've been skating, filming YouTube videos, and hanging out together on a regular basis for a few months now, and we're even neighbors since I moved to Bushwick.
Danny Torres (quite recently!) dropped his past life in Florida and moved to NYC with no job and no plan besides following his passions of skateboarding & creating youtube videos.
In this episode, I sit down with Danny in my (new!) bedroom podcast studio to discuss his and my own journey. We hit on a multitude of topics like how we became friends/neighbors, the social anxiety of vlogging, gaining traction on Tik Tok, making genuine friendships via Instagram, funny fan interactions, life in Bushwick, and so much more.
