Sandy Lafazan is a 60 year-old woman, married to her best friend Jeff for 32 years! She has 3 amazing sons that she loves to spend time with. Sandy is a Clinical Social Worker in private practice, which is something she has always wanted to do. Her latest project, “I’m Ma'am as Hell”, is a podcast she is co-hosting with colleague Kyra Sposato for women in their midlife who are mad that society sees them as obsolete and irrelevant. She's on a mission to prove otherwise.

Kyra Sposato is a divorced 58 year old psychiatric nurse practitioner who is independent, self sufficient, and a risk taker. She is a career woman with a successful private practice, which has enabled her to live life on her terms without being depended on by man. She and Sandy created “I’m Ma’am as Hell” to inspire women in mid-life who are feeling stuck and obsolete to shake things up and become the women they have always wanted to be.
