Sam is no stranger to this podcast and every time I've had him on, I've enjoyed the conversation on whatever topic it is that we were talking about.
That topic has always been fitness related though and as we began this talk together, both Sam and I made a pact with each other to do our best to talk about ANYTHING but fitness, fat loss and health.
