Lauren saw a deficit in the industry - women during this phase of life were not getting the support that they needed and she was determined to fill in that need. Dr. Lauren Mandell is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience, holding advanced certifications in spinal care and the unique needs of prenatal and postpartum women. She is the founder of Evolution Mom, a fitness and physical therapy space dedicated to supporting women through every stage of motherhood. Known for her compassionate approach and deep expertise, Lauren is committed to helping women feel and function at their best—strong, confident, and fully supported. Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen and a Certified Pilates Instructor through AFPA. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
