Join Emily as she explores a day in her life as a self employed Certified Holistic Health Coach. Emily details her schedule, sun up to sun down, and the practices she implements to feel good daily. Emily emphasizes and illustrates the need for her, and for you, to find practices that fill her cup daily -- as this allows her to be and feel her very best self as she navigates her day.
Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is also working towards completing her Functional Nutrition Certification through MindBody Green. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
