After a long-awaited return from being absent for some time, it feels great to be here today. As many of us may relate at times, life can become overwhelming and consume all our mental space and energy whilst appearing effortless on observation by others; my situation is no exception these past few months as work has been quite demanding due to staff shortages resulting in me assuming more responsibility than usual leaving little or no downtime for myself.
