Pets can be wonderful for a person or family. They can also have drawbacks. How do you choose what type of pet is best for you? What pet would be good with a family? Is where I live conducive for a large or small pet? Is the animal aggressive or domesticated? How much time and money will be required? Do we get an older or younger animal? There are so many things to consider. One thing I forgot to include in the episode is pets can provide children with responsibility and education.
