Meet Jennifer Bouchard, a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner by trade and current functional medicine nurse practitioner. Functional medicine helps individuals find the root cause of their disease or illness and approaches wellbeing with improving nutrition and removing toxins. Jennifer embraced functional medicine after researching ways to help her daughter Hannah, who died of a very rare, aggressive cancer a few years ago. Her mission is now to help others suffering from cancer find a way to tackle the root cause of their illness and improve their wellbeing.
