In this Left Turn Podcast, Marilyn and Tiffani Brennan had an empowering conversation about Tiffani's journey of overcoming addiction through greater awareness and consciousness. Tiffani shared how she was heavily involved in drugs and alcohol in her younger years, until she realized it was destroying her life and body. She made the choice to remove herself from her social circles and move to a new city. However, this created an even stronger desire for change. Tiffani discovered Access Consciousness tools, which she credits with helping dissolve the neural pathways that kept her trapped in addiction. The tools allowed her to access greater heights of awareness and expansion without the need for artificial highs.
Tiffani also discussed the challenges of choosing a path of greater consciousness, as it often goes against societal expectations. She emphasized the importance of being willing to be "strange" and make continuous left turns, even when it's uncomfortable.
