George Hayworth lives near Nashville, TN with hiswife Whitney and his 8-year-old daughterRhealynn. George graduated from the Universityof Oregon in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts inPolitical Science and was commissioned into theUS Army as a 2nd Lieutenant to serve as a FieldArtillery Officer. He served 4.5 years on active dutyin the 101st Airborne Division, deploying once toAfghanistan from 2012-2013. George hasexperience leading teams ranging from 30 to 300people in the military. He reached the rank ofCaptain before leaving active duty. After leavingthe active Army in June 2016, George has workedin corporate America since. He also continues toserve in the Tennessee Army National Guard asan Engineer officer.George is the Founder of Elite Sentinel Coachingwhere he “forges leaders and builds legacies”.George trains men in authentic masculinity tobecome the men they were born to be. Throughhis program, he gives men the tools to be bettermen, better leaders in their professions, betterhusbands and better fathers.
