Dr. Hornberger’s conversation with Dr. Deborah Telfer, Director of University of Cincinnati Systems Development & Improvement Center, and Oli4 and AIPL participants highlights the benefits of these programs and the importance inclusive leadership practices from the top down. Participants will share how these programs have increased their knowledge and skill in the use of inclusive instructional leadership to engage ALL students more effectively—regardless of classroom or school assignment—in strong core instruction.
